L. E. Peabody & Associates, Inc. (since 2008) – After receiving his degree in business management. Mr. Gomez has analyzed Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) and Energy Information Administration (“EIA”) data to support pricing and transportation studies of Powder River Basin and Montana coal. Mr. Gomez has also assisted on several analyses that applied the Stand-Alone Cost constraint to the Surface Transportation Board’s Constrained Market Pricing rate regulatory model, including the development of rail transportation rates and railroad density analyses.
